A convenient online shop is available for our clients. Here, you'll find products which are available off the shelf.

Order times reflect the time necessary to pack the items for shipping, and time necessary for delivery by the supplier or by a third-party shipping company.

Most orders are filled within 48 hours. Highly complex orders or special orders require 7 days.

How to order:

1. Add to the product to your basket, and use the online interface to place an order, either by setting up and account or without setting up an account. Enter your address, choose your method of payment, and confirm your order.
2. Send us an e-mail with the details of your order (including the type of product, amount etc.) to  contact@drewnles.com, or by using the contact form on the Contact tab, and we'll send a response with exact costs and estimated times of delivery.

Methods of delivery:

Depending on the volumetric or actual weight of the shipment, shipments are delivered in cooperation with the best logistics companies on the market, such as UPS or Raben. The only limit to shipments is length – standard orders my not be over 250 cm, although this does not apply to special orders delivered by international forwarding companies.

When you make a purchase via our online shop, our system will propose the best option for the shipment of your order.

Minimal order quantity

Due to the production nature of our enterprise, we defined the minimal order quantity (the products are packaged). You can do the shopping through the interface of the online store by giving the desired products quantity. Our system will automatically calculate and round the given amount up to the standard of the specified packet.

An example:

You place an order for the handrails – the desired quantity: 17 items.
The package standard: 10 items.
The system of the store will automatically round the order up to 20 items and calculate the sum.

A similar system operates in the case of linear and square metres:

You place an order for wood finished boards – the desired quantity: 180 linear metres.
The package standard: packets with 100 linear metres
The system of the store will automatically round the order up to 200 linear metres and calculate the sum.

You place an order for facade boards – the desired quantity: 75 square metres.
The package standard: packets with 10 square metres
The system of the store will automatically round the order up to 80 square metres and calculate the sum.
